Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order to ensure accuracy. Once an order is in transit, we cannot make changes or reroute packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
